I just wanted to thank you for all of your advice regarding 305 Kehrs Mill Bend CT. I called the homeowner and told her all you told me about the Sheriff's sale and how she was behind on her Condo fees. She was so grateful for my call. She had gotten a notice and thought she would just be able to make payments. If I wouldn't have stopped by on Saturday she more than likely would have lost her condo. She was able to pay the back fees and will get to stay.
So I thought you may want to know that your list truly made a difference in someone's life!
